Umbrel, the developer of the Bitcoin full node app suite, has released an update with three new apps to keep users’ transactions private. SEC and Ripple will not be able to resolve ongoing disputes out of court

The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Ripple will not be able to settle the current proceedings out of court due to changes in the SEC leadership. Recall that in December the SEC filed a lawsuit against Ripple, accusing it of selling unregistered securities in the amount of $ 1.3 billion.
