The number of machines for buying cryptocurrencies on the planet continues to grow. For the year in Canada, there were 2,549 units.

Every quarter, the number of Canadian crypto ATMs is growing by about 100 machines. This is one of the best indicators in the world, second only to the United States. In total, there are 38,750 cryptomats in the world, of which approximately 34,000 devices are installed in the United States. In Europe, there are only 1,466 cryptomats, and the figure has remained at the same level for quite a long time. In other countries, the number of such devices is limited to just a few.
It was Canada that became the country in which the first crypto ATM appeared – the machine was installed in the Waves cafe in Vancouver on October 29, 2013. That is, a little more than nine years have passed since then.
