Ava Labs, the developer of the Avalanche blockchain, announced the integration of the AvaGPT artificial intelligence chatbot on its Core platform.
The task of the bot is to provide platform developers with the necessary information and access to the source data.
“AvaGPT does two things: quickly responds to common user questions and also allows them to access our support team. This was done to help answer questions faster and get to the source material right away,” said Ava Labs technical manager Kieran McShane.
AvaGPT was created in collaboration with ChatGPT service provider Kapa AI. The development of AvaGPT was led by the Ava Labs support team and engineers.
“We make sure that AvaGPT is trained specifically and only on the Avalanche documentation,” McShane said.
Ava Labs is already using chatbot technology on its Discord server to answer questions.
“Our users are already using Core, and we’ll have many more Avalanche-specific features going forward,” McShane added.
Ava Labs, founded in 2018 in New York, launched the Avalanche blockchain in September 2020. In June 2022, the company released the main wallet for decentralized applications, and the mobile version for Android was launched in December. AvaGPT is the latest feature added to the main toolbox.
