One of the largest payment companies Visa continues to work on its cryptocurrency projects and is looking for talented employees in the cryptocurrency division in London.
According to the terms of the vacancies, employees need to be in the office only 2-3 days a week, and the rest of the time they can work from home. Visa is looking for people with experience building “highly available and scalable platforms” and passionate about Web3 technologies. It is also desirable to understand the solutions of the first and second levels and the Solidity smart contract programming language.
“We have ambitious crypto projects and have recently opened positions for senior software engineers to help us achieve widespread adoption of blockchain and stablecoin payments,” said Cuy Sheffield, head of crypto at Visa.
Sheffield noted that special attention is being paid to candidates with experience using AI-based solutions like Github Copilot and others.
Earlier it was reported that Visa suspended work on its cryptocurrency projects. However, representatives of the company denied these rumors.
